Far From Home…BC Photoshoot with my son Vincent!
I recently took a trip to BC with my son Vincent, and we had a blast! We had planned this concept shoot together and he kept reminding me when we got there, “Don’t forget the briefcase mommy!” đŸ™‚ So on the road trip back we stopped and took some shots in the midst of some beautiful mountain scenery. Thought I would share some of the shots!

So I recently headed to Prince Albert for a wedding and I loved it!! Prince Albert definitely has some beautiful features and places to shoot, and it helped that I had an amazing couple to work with!! They are perfect for each other and it was a beautiful day! My first time at the Ness Creek Festival!
So I took a break from my responsibilities and made a trip down to Ness Creek with a good friend of mine ! I have to say I absolutely loved everything about it, the atmosphere, the people, the live music, and the camping!! I will definitely be going again! đŸ˜€

Crazy thunderstorm last night!!
Wow, I LOVE thunderstorms!! I must admit though, last night’s storm was beginning to scare me a little bit! That was one crazy storm!! Hail was pelting down my garden and I managed to get most of my plants in, but needless to say some didn’t survive đŸ˜¦ Anyway I took a couple of shots of the lightening and here they are! đŸ™‚

Dinner at my place last night!
I made a seriously slow cooked yummy feast the other night for my son’s 5th birthday.. I swear I think my slow cooker is one of the best kitchen purchases I have ever made! I simmered and slow cooked a beef roast for 8 hours in a vat of my home made broth, with baby tomatoes, fresh cherry tomatoes, onions, jalapenos and fresh chives and green onion from my garden. I think next time I would put in more jalapenos and some carrots :-))))

Hey everyone! Wow!! Can you believe it’s already December 1!? And still no snow… Well as unconventional as it is, I have nowhere to shoot right now so I have been utilizing the hallways of the U of S and have still come out with some great results. Well no body can ever call me conventional I guess, I will always make due with what I have lol. Anyway, I had the opportunity to shoot a friend of a friend of mine who is superbly gorgeous and very pregnant. Thanks to Ashley for being as patient and brave as you were in that hallway!! Sorry for the lack of updates, I have been keeping quite busy what with being sick, the boys and work!! Recently I did an engagement session for a couple that is incredibly close to my heart for personal reasons. I have known Terry since elementary, and last year got to know Tammy a little bit through another photo session, but somehow through the people she knows and loves I feel very endeared to her as well. This couple is amazing, the two have such strength and fantastic love for each other that was transparent to me during the shoot. Congratulations to the two of you, I wish you all the best in life and a beautiful and lasting marriage đŸ™‚
